Bradley J. Luttrell, M.D.
Ophthalmologist and eye surgeon Bradley J. Luttrell, M.D., joined the Eye Center of Oak Ridge in July 2004. Dr. Luttrell graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Memphis in 2000. He completed his internship at the University of Tennessee Medical Center Knoxville and his residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga unit, where he served as Chief Resident in Eye Surgery.
Dr. Luttrell is a native of Maryville, Tennessee. He graduated first in his class, and Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering. While at the University of Tennessee, he was inducted into the Tau Beta Pi national engineering honor society. He was also awarded the L. Raymon Shobe scholarship award for outstanding academic achievement.
Dr. Luttrell is board-certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is also a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
He has one son and enjoys biking, skiing, traveling, and UT football.
