Doctor of Optometry C. Larry Rollins is a 1974 graduate of Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. After graduation, Dr. Rollins served with the United States Army at the Eye Clinic of Ireland Army Hospital in Fort Knox, Kentucky.
Following military medical service, he returned to Southern College of Optometry as a member of the clinical faculty for two years. During that time, he had responsibilities in both clinical proctorship and research, having published or assisted publication of several professional journal articles.
In 1978, he came to Lenoir City, Tennessee, where he practiced for over 23 years. During that time, Dr. Rollins has been involved in many community service activities, currently serving in the Chamber of Commerce and on the Lenoir City School-Community Partnership Committee.
Dr. Rollins is a member of the American and Tennessee Optometric Associations and the East Tennessee Optometric Society. He is also a Fellow and past president of the Tennessee Academy of Optometry.
